The report follows an investigation into allegations of serious misconduct against City of Perth Councillors James Limnios and Reece Harley.

The investigation focusses on improper associations between Custodial Officers and prisoners, and the facilitation of drugs and contraband into WA prisons.

At a special council meeting on 2 February 2016, the Esperance Shire Council resolved to demolish the Esperance Tanker Jetty due to its condition and the ongoing maintenance expense.
